                               ORDINANCE NO. 10301
                 
                 
                  AN ORDINANCE ABANDONING A CITY OF CHATTANOOGA
                  SEWER EASEMENT AND ALL OTHER KNOWN EASEMENTS
                  LOCATED ON GREENWOOD AVENUE BETWEEN GARFIELD
                  AND CLEVELAND STREETS.
                 
                 
                                                    
                 
                 
       	    	 SECTION 1.  BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
       CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby
       abandoned a City of Chattanooga sewer easement and all other 
known
       easements located on Greenwood Avenue between Garfield and
       Cleveland Streets, as recorded in Plat Book 42, Page 307,
       Register's Office of Hamilton County.
       	    	 SECTION 2.  BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this Ordinance
       shall be effective two (2) weeks from and after its passage as
       provided by law.
